Leadership Program for Dharmapala School Prefects

A special leadership development program was organized by the Physical Education Unit on May 21, 2025, for the prefect students of Kottawa Dharmapala Vidyalaya, from Grades 9 to 13.

The event was held at the University Ground, providing a vibrant and interactive outdoor setting for the students to engage in various team-building and leadership activities. The program focused on enhancing leadership qualities, responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork among the young student leaders.

Participants actively took part in structured sessions and group exercises aimed at developing their confidence and decision-making abilities. The event was a valuable experience for the prefects, empowering them to carry out their duties more effectively in the school environment.
